I really was not looking forward to the process of buying another car, but Ron Craft impressed me. They were not pushy and got me in and out of financing quickly once we agreed on a price. My Sales Consultant John Favard was outstanding to work with. He was super attentive and really made the experience very pleasant. I bought a used 2024, which didn't have the second key fob, so he had promised to get one for me. He came through wonderfully on that promise, seeing it through to the very end, including service scheduling and everything. I will definitely buy my next Cadillac from Ron Craft again, and I would recommend anyone buying a GM vehicle to go see them... and ask for John Favard, he will take care of you very well! More
