A few issues i had with my latest swevice appt. 1- wrote down two phone number to be called at on the night drop off envelope- neither of those numbers were called. We were wondering why it was taking so long- apparently our home phone number is somewhere in the system and the service person was texting it. Finally, i called to ask about my enclave and told Terri the correct number to call. My home phone was called again and luckily i was home to answer. Again-told Terri what numbers to call. Shouldn't take 3 times! 2. Quoted for repair and had to inform Terri enclave service was under warrenty. 3. Was never told about loaner vehicles or drop off service. More
WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK THERE AGAIN! THEY GIVE YOU A CONTACT PERSON, THEY NEVER RESPOND TO YOUR CALLS, TEXTS, WORTHLESS! TOOK CAR IN ON SUNDAY PM SO THEY COULD START RECALL WORK THAT WOULD TAKE A FEW HO CONTACT PERSON, THEY NEVER RESPOND TO YOUR CALLS, TEXTS, WORTHLESS! TOOK CAR IN ON SUNDAY PM SO THEY COULD START RECALL WORK THAT WOULD TAKE A FEW HOURS TO COMPLETE. I DID NOT GET MY CAR BACK UNTILL 4;10PM ON TUESDAY. THEY LEFT ME STRANDED AT WORK WITH NO WAY HOME OR NO WAY BACK TUESDAY! NEVER RETURNED CALL UNTIL IT WAS DONE, THEN THERE WAS NO MECHANICS ANYWHERE WHEN I PICKED IT UP! DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DID BUT NOW I HAVE LITTLE HEAT MY CONSOLE IS CRACKED AND THEY NEVER RESET THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT FOR THE RECALL. HAD TO HAVE IT DONE ELSE WHERE! RUN DON'T GO THERE!!!!!! More

I have been a customer at this dealership since 2003, when it was a Saturn dealership. I will continue to patronize this dealership because of the professionalism, EXCELLENT service, and quality of the v when it was a Saturn dealership. We bought a 2000 Saturn from a private party and thought it would be a good idea to take it to a dealership for a once-over and to fix the items we already knew it needed. Big MISTAKE! They gave us a list o it would be a good idea to take it to a dealership for a once-over and to fix the items we already knew it needed. Big MISTAKE! They gave us a list of over $3500 worth of repairs they said it needed. We paid $900 for the one repair and the inspection. 30 minutes after leaving the car died - from the same thing we just paid them to fix. Upon calling them they refused to help us and told us it was the alternator NOT what they just fixed. They were rude and unwilling to take responsibility. The woman in the repair department was incredibly rude. (We cant remember her name but think it began with an 'A') We then took it to a reputable garage and had there shoddy work corrected. We also had the guy look over the list they gave us and he fixed everything for under $1500. Our car is now like new. Customers BEWARE and BE AWARE!!! Do NOT trust these people. If we can prevent someone else from having to be treated the way we were we will be happy. More
