I brought my car in for an oil change and the service department waiting area is very filthy , the chairs and tables were very dirty. They never offer a coffee or water. Mechanic was very rude. I received a coupon in the mail for $20 off an oil change and was told I could not use it because oil changes are already discounted. Why would Marhofer send a coupon I can’t use. I actually saw a customer before me use a coupon on her oil change. This is not my first oil change of course and it just seems like Matthew is always in a mood. More
