We drove an hour to put a deposit down on a F450 that was in transit to the dealership. We dealt with a great salesman. Casey who promptly greeted us, wrote up the paperwork, took our deposit and sent us on in transit to the dealership. We dealt with a great salesman. Casey who promptly greeted us, wrote up the paperwork, took our deposit and sent us on our way with the promise to call when the truck came in. we hadn’t left town yet and Casey called and told us to come back. The owner of Ronnie Thompson‘s Ford sold the truck out from under us even though we had a contract and deposit the owner wouldn’t grant the sale. The owner stated that he made the sale while Casey was making his sale.. The owner said he was sorry. But he was not willing to back out of his sales agreement with his customer. His customer was over the phone while we stood there and tried to convince him to sell it to us since we were at his dealership. The owner said he’s sorry, but he refuses to do that. We feel there is a lack of Integrity. . Beware if you deal with this company and you order a vehicle, it may be sold out from under you. I’d give him a 0 star if I could. We were very excited to buy from a smaller dealership but we’ve since decided to deal with the big companies. More
