Rooster Bush Chevrolet Buick GMC dealership is quite different (much better) than the other dealerships I recently shopped. The sales consultant (Chris Loftis) and the sales manager(Jeff McMahan)were very polite and professional. During my car buying experience, the Bush sales team were very open and upfront about costs relating to both the vehicle I was purchasing and the "real money" I was receiving on my trade in. They did not use the old tradditional car salesman pitch with me during the purchase/deal making process or use the run around negoiation "mind games" that most other dealers tried to put me through recently and in the past. I truly feel that dealing with the Bush sales team was upfront and honest and they treated me as if I were a family member. I highly recommend the Bush dealership team. DMS More

My husband and I were very pleased with our sales experience at Rooster Bush of Lenoir. We have never felt so "unpressured" to buy a vehicle as we did at Rooster Bush. The salesman we dealt with, Chris Loftis, was so helpful, polite, patient, and accommodating. He answered every question we had, as well as some that we didn't think to ask. My husband and I visited several other dealerships before visiting Rooster Bush. Rooster Bush and Chris Loftis were far superior to any of the other dealerships and their personnel. The other dealerships simply would not stop calling us, at home as well as my workplace. This was extremely annoying and aggravating to say the least. Chris Loftis called us once after our initial visit to ask us if we had any questions that were not answered during our visit. After that, he simply left us alone. This was so NICE! Because of Chris, Rooster Bush became the only dealership that we didn't dread visiting again. There was absolutely no pressure at Rooster Bush. How refreshing! The fact that we weren't pressured actually made us feel more confident in the Buick Enclave that we eventually purchased from Rooster Bush. I took my car to Rooster Bush because my check engine light came on and I was leaving for vacation the following day. when I arrived I was greeted by Tonya, and right off the bat she was very friendly. I explained that my check engine light had come on and that I was leaving on vacation the next day. I told her I worked 3rd shift and had not been to bed yet. She responded with asking me if I would like a ride home I told her I could get my sister to pick me up. I then asked her when it would be ready and she said about an hour. I asked what the latest time I could pick up my car was and she said that the sales dept. Was open till 7pm and could ring me up there. I returned to the service dept. At 6:30pm and was yet again greeted by Tonya. She wanted to be able to explain to me in person what happened to my car. Apparently my converter was bad but it was still under warranty. They had to call all the Rooster Bushes in the surrounding area before they finally located a converter in Charlotte, NC. The mechanic who replaced it was originally scheduled to leave early for a funeral, he went to his funeral and then came back to work on my car because Tonya had told him I was leaving on vacation the next day. I could not have asked for better service. I WAS a die hard Clarke Tire costumer until I received the service that I did at Rooster Bush were 4 years ago I purchased my car. I was concerned as I was dealing with a salesman in North Carolina and I was on the coast of Mississippi. Chris assured me I would not be dissapointed in this truck. His words were so accomodating, and even as he supported the vehicle, there was this "unspoken" nuance about the entire process. I know, like ANY profession, there are good folks, and there are not-so-good of folks. I was going to have to trust this guy to get my truck. A purchase, sight unseen. Well, I rolled the dice and low-and-behold, the 86k mile 1990 F150 4x4 is an absolute gem! Physically and mechanically. Everything he conveyed was accurate and more. The paint was even still shiney. Old trucks in this condition are rare, rare, rare. He even went to bat a couple of times on price. I'ev had a few interfaces with Chris since I received the truck and not all were in reference to the sale. I cannot guarantee than Chris Loftis with Rooster Bush will be everything you could need or want them to be in the sale of a new or used vehicle. I CAN and WILL guarantee that he left NOTHING to be desired in a sale process riddled with "extra" favors and function in my getting my vehicle. Establishing trust is very difficult in a time when a buyers dollar has to be more than it is. I had to take a couple of chances in getting my truck. Chris Loftis and Rooster Bush live up to my highest expectations. I would buy again from Rooster Bush and Chris, sight unseen, in a minute. I think they understand things relative to the customer at this dealership. The entire process was extremely accomodating.
