Thank you for your review Tim. I'm very pleased that you enjoy working with Freddie & Tonya in our Service Dept. I did want to address your concern about the diagnostic fee. We do charge a diagnostic fee when there is an "unknown" problem with a vehicle that requires technical expertise/experience/equipment/training,such as an engine light on or an air bag error. Then we separate the pricing so the consumer knows exactly what they're paying for. Another way to do this is to have a set fee...which I am sure includes wages (diagnostic fee) for the trained technician. We choose to separate it for the consumer.
