My Review Of Rose City Motors:

I had a very good experience with them very friendly sales staff and were very straightforward with me about my new truck. I couldn't be happier with it. I bought a very good quality vehicle and I will most likely be getting my next one from them because they actually did everything they said they were going do for me. I'm very pleased with them.

My Review Of Rose City Motors:

I went to this dealership TWICE and was trying to get financed and BOTH TIMES was told BOTH times that they would "TAKE CARE OF ME" ! Neither time did they ever as I both times had to call them numerous times to ask what was going on. To only speak to rude salespeople and in the end NEVER receiving a call back from anyone !! Apparently not wanting business to bad !!
NEVER AGAIN !

My Review Of Rose City Motors:

I went into this dealership hoping to find a vehicle. The dealer came off as being a shyster. I told him the predicament I was in and told him what my monthly budget was. He went to put in financial information and was going to lie about monthly income that had been submitted to get the loan. He wouldn't work with my budget and after I told him that I was not interested he ran my credit over and over to numerous bank to hurt my score when he initially told me that he was only running my info through one bank. They are crooks.

My Review Of Rose City Motors:

They were so rude and even tried to sell us a truck with no features for triple the blue book price and tried to tell us they don't set the price on the blue book value neither do banks witch it a complete lie they are the worst dealer ship I have ever Delta with and I don't recommended anyone by a vehicle from these people ! And if you do I wish u the best of luck I also reported this company to the better business bureau! They are also associated with Monroe street motors so buyers beware.

My Review Of Rose City Motors:

False paperwork. Buyers beware. Yes, the're used cars, but some dealerships put care into those too. NOT Rose City, its about the sale (but beware ... they may tell you it is a deal and then renig) It's a joke.

My Review Of Rose City Motors:

Ok this is why I do not recomment this dealership to anyone without doing a background check first! My daughter needed a good car as she was pregnant and due soon. I saw the Roae city ad on TV and thought they should be a good dealer, well let me tell you never had I been screwed over this bad. 1st the salesman we started w/was fired while we were on a test drive! We came back and was told he was gone, ok so this Danny guy helped us with the car my daughter really liked, it was a 2002 merc sable black w/66,+ miles on it fully loaded leather, very nice, but the ck engine light was on. We went back & forth over the price til we met in the middle, well my daughter paid "cash" for the car and gave them 4500.00 that day Saturday. We came back on Monday no light on, so we gave them the rest of the money in cash and they left before us and as soon as we pulled out of the parking lot the ck engine came on!,also they were going to put $20.00 of gas in the car and did not or not even give us 20.00 to put in, we filled the car with a full tank of gas. Well we drove home and my husband towed the car back on tuesday so we did not do any harm to the car. He was told they would fix the problem and call us asap. Well we waited til thursday til they called and said there was a bigger problem with the car and they would give us our money back. My husband went to talk to the mechianic & he said it was a cam and would not buy it himself. So he went over to the dealership told them ok we would take our money back, and he told them about the full tank of gas and they said sorry but we are not giving you any money for it!! Then the day my daughter gave birth she had to drive over to Ft.Wayne to get her money and they gave her a check and not cash like she gave them. And when her boyfriend said something about the gas money we all had to pay going back and forth and filling the tank of the car and not driving it back, they just said sorry about your luck!! Wow that was a kick in the face to a pregnant young women!!
Well I just could not beleive they were such a bunch of no good money hungery pushy b ser's! They told my daughter that they were taking the car back to the auction and selling so no one would buy it like it was and it was too expencive for them to fix. Well the car is still there and I called Tuesday 4/17/12 and asked about the car and got the mang there telling me how good the car was and it runs great and would make a good car for me. Then after all the b s, he went on and on about it, I asked him how much is the car?? He said are you paying cash or credit? Well what would be the difference I'm thinking to my self, so I said cash, he said the car is 5900.00 and books for over 7000.00. So then I asked him well did you get the car fixed? He was like what? Then I told him who I was and that my daughter had bought that same car, oh boy he was like oh yeah we fixed it and it runs great now no problems. Well I told him why didn't they call us if they fixed the car because she really wanted it and liked it? I guess he couldn't think of anything fast enough. Then I told him about the gas we put in the car, he said oh well we sent you a ck for 62.00!! Oh wow the only reason they did was because my husband called the main office and told them how they treated us and they & told them to send us the money back, it didn't come from them being a good dealership. Well I just help this helps someone else and you think before buying from these people. Do your research first and ck these businesses before you pay good money for something.

My Review Of Rose City Motors:

This is the worst of the worst place's to buy a car , I went there bought a car and did all the paperwor and insurance, and 15 days later they said the bank sent back the contract and need the car back.... well in the state of michigan once you sign, the contract its a deal and if the bank says no later then the dealer has to place a lein and let you make payments to them... so beware of these people and get a copy of paperwork, and ask for a copy of Rd108 which is a state form... and yeah a carfax they buy wrecked cars,,,,,

My Review Of Rose City Motors:

We looked at a 2003 dodge caravan and we payed them 4500 cash for it, the check engine light was on, but was just showing a code for spark plugs. 2 days after buying it, the serpintine belt shredded apart, the front bearings were bad, a hole was found in the radiator line and it was an old hole, so they must have added fuels to this vehicle right before we test drove it so it would heat up since it was February. Those alone have cost us almost another 1000 on top of what we payed, plus another 1000 coming up to fix a steering issue. On top of the mechanical issues, they took almost 3 months to get our license plate to us even though I called both the Kalamazoo location where we baught the vehicle and the Jackson location (all paperwork handled in Jackson per Kalamazoo manager)We ended up calling the secretary of state who investigated and fined Rose city motors for not having the registration and not following the laws regarding tempory plates, not to mentionb since they had to wait for the paperwork to get out of Indiana the vehicle should not of even been sold, so they violated Michigan seller laws as well and I believe that they were fined for that as well. I would tell everyone thinking of going to these fools to beware as they are scam artists and want nothing more than your money for a vehicle that should be on the way to a scrap yard.

My Review Of Rose City Motors:

Had multiple "miscommunications" with Rose City. I had to resend several copies of the same documents because they were constantly getting misplaced. I had to call my finance company because I hadn't received any paperwork from them and they told me they didn't even have my account set up. I called Rose City and they said it was because, suprise, I was missing paper work. I ended up making a payment to Rose City over the phone (as asked to do by the finance company) only to get a call from the finance company that Rose City never forwarded the payment and I was now past due. I spoke to Greg Cook who was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. I would NEVER recommend this dealership.

My Review Of Rose City Motors:

Went in to rose city and got "approved". they let me "borrow" the car over the weekend. called monday and said i had to get insurance. i am not getting insurance on a car that i dont own. they called again and needed more information that i could not have possibly been "approved" without. they also told me i could NOT ever get an suv from there and for sure nowhere else and could only finance 14000. was driving their car for 5 days and still not done with the papers and there were things wrong with the car. so i went to kelley automotive and they approved me for 20000 in one day and the next day i bought my suv. the funny thing is i got approved at both places through the same financial company. needless to say, rose city has their car back and i now have a QUALITY car from a QUALITY company. do your research before you buy from these asses. BEWARE OF ROSE CITY MOTORS!!! Have seen quite a few reviews with the same issue. Dont pay for something you dont own as well..."borrowing" is their problem and they are responsible for the vehicle until you sign on the line.
