The reason I'm giving them a 4/5 star rating is mainly because of their great customer service, why it is not a 5/5 review is because the used Ford Bronco Sport I bought from them had paint damage on the driver's side front door that, if they inspect new and used vehicles for damage, I wish the inspector found and made a note of to fix said damage because, this is my personal opinion, even used cars no one wants to buy if they can find damage on it that wasn't there in the pictures of the car on the website, or not visible due to the time of day they come to look at the car. More
