Rosen has great service, great people, and fair value. The employees there want to give you the best service possible and take great care of their customers. They are more than willing to work with customers to provide them the greatest care and resolve any problems that arise with their vehicle or their purchase. The reason I'm giving them a 4/5 star rating is mainly because of their great customer service, why it is not a 5/5 review is because the used Ford Bronco Sport I bought from them had paint damage on the driver's side front door that, if they inspect new and used vehicles for damage, I wish the inspector found and made a note of to fix said damage because, this is my personal opinion, even used cars no one wants to buy if they can find damage on it that wasn't there in the pictures of the car on the website, or not visible due to the time of day they come to look at the car. This is one of the worst experience I have ever had in my life! My story with them is too long to explain, so I will just say, BUYER BE AWARE!! Look very carefully at the numbers before you sign. The sale price changed 3x’s, my monthly payment was higher then what they said, and then they charge you with all these add on that suppose to be already included in the sale price. DO NOT believe them when they say that by law you have to pay for the theft warranty, because you don’t! My biggest mistake was that I didn’t walk away when I knew the numbers didn’t add up. On top of all of that, there was damage to my car that I noticed 3 days later that they claim they didn’t do. They totally took advantage of a 64 year old lady with no shame! Thank God, I got my down payment and the cost of the trade in of my car and I returned their car back to them. I am now without a car. Shame on them!! More

They negotiated in good faith. They even managed to make us laugh along the way. We left feeling not only happy with our new vehicle, but that we got a decent deal and were respected along the way. Much different than our experience the day before at another dealership. I would fully recommend them to any friends or family looking to buy a new car. More
