It was a pleasure to work with Alex Bremmer at Rosen Nissan in Madison, who was completely professional and personable in reviewing options, discussing features, outlining benefits and offering solid, well-thought recommendations. Alex is not a stereotypical car salesman, but a professional who not only helped to complete the transaction and then made certain I was comfortable with the new vehicle before I left the lot. I would recommend working with him and also recommend this dealership for hiring quality individuals like him. David Campi in service comes to mind right away, since he has a similar focus on the customer. Alex made a difference in handling various details that others might pass over. More

EXCELLENT DEAL!!! I was very pleased with my experience with Rossen. Kory Branton, my salesman, really knew his stuff -- about all the features of the car (2020 Altima I was very pleased with my experience with Rossen. Kory Branton, my salesman, really knew his stuff -- about all the features of the car (2020 Altima SR) and all the possible financial incentives. He was very pleasant and attentive to work with. Hutch, the finance manager, explained all the paperwork clearly and was fun to talk to. The entire purchase and delivery experience was great. I comparison shopped, and the deal I got from Rossen was excellent. One of the other Nissan places I shopped at described the deal I got from Rossen as a steal!!! More
