Great Experience! I came in to the store after finding the vehicle I wanted online. I was met with Demetrius, who helped me get situated and asked me what was I lookin I came in to the store after finding the vehicle I wanted online. We was very professional and courteous, but also very inquisitive and outgoing. After setting down the plan, he located the car that I came to see and we went for a ride. It did not take very long for me to decide that I made a good choice for my vehicle, and upon returning to the dealership we sat down and started talking about the trade in value of my car and what I was willing to spend. Shortly thereafter, I met the store manager George Marijan, who took a personal interest and asked if there was any way he could help. We negotiated the price to the level where both myself and the dealership were satisfied and I drove off with a 2015 Nissan Altima that I wanted. Everyone at the dealership that I came in contact with was friendly, helpful and caring. From Demetrius and George who were my primary contacts, to the "Russian" Manager, Taylor the financing/sale representative and the manager who gave me complimentary pen and flashlight sets and told me to call him any time if any issues arise, and in case my car needed service. I recommend stopping in if you are looking for a vehicle. I will certainly come back again when the time comes for another trade in. Max More

Found the best car for family after looking for weeks. Rosen Nissan Madison was exceptional in all aspects of our search ... large number of vehicles to choose from, access to vehicles with “extra” feature Rosen Nissan Madison was exceptional in all aspects of our search ... large number of vehicles to choose from, access to vehicles with “extra” features & low mileage, and many were Certified Pre Owned. Our sales specialist was impeccable - very pleasant personality & spent time identifying our needs/preferences. Demetrius promptly brought up the original target of our search & we took the test drive. He probed effectively AFTER the test ride & found that we had interest in another vehicle with a competitor. He tactfully determined that he had a comparable model so we drove that, and we felt this vehicle was our best option of the six (6) we looked at with multiple dealers. During the process we were introduced to senior staff at the dealership, and treated well by everyone. Our purchase price was determined well in line with our target amount. They always say they are "updating " their systems. Due to some snafu during vehicle closing, I was offered 3 free oil changes rather than the standard one. I had to remind them of this on my second visit, and said they wouldn't forget next time. Well guess what? Frustrated, I just paid...I'll go elsewhere for future service. Nice people in service, but I need a more personal touch. More
