Service Center interaction is always good, but Marina went above and beyond. I made my service appt online but when I arrived at 8am, it was not in the computer. Absolutely horrific service. Bought our Hyundai with a repair needing to be completed. It was written in to our contract. Took the car in to get repaired and they didn’t repair it, stating that it was new damage since we purchased the vehicle 2 weeks prior?! Absolutely insane. This car dealership is scuzzy… they will not uphold any promises. The purchase process felt weird and our “finance guy” was very condescending. He kept laughing at me and my elderly mother when we had questions. The whole process was a nightmare, but the fact they refused to do a repair that was a part of our agreement blew me away. More
I am utterly disgusted with this place and how they do business. From sales to services, the lying and disrespect is unimaginable. Please take your hard earned money somewhere else! What should have been a joyous occasion and moment for my little family became an absolute nightmare. We were robbed and disrespected on so many levels. They sold us a BRAND NEW car with failed technology. In the process of getting it serviced we were given a disgusting uncleaned rental vehicle with used tissues and a VAPE! In retrospect, I just cannot believe the extent that Christian Hurtado and all the people in management went to pressure us into making this purchase and then taking no responsibility for their poor services to rectify the situation. Their sales tactics are cruel and I have no confidence in the BRAND NEW car and its technology. I especially do not look forward to future maintenance services with this place. This whole purchase and service experience has caused me and my family a great deal of stress and anxiety. I hope that no family ever has to go through this purchasing their first family vehicle. Please please kind people, stay away from this god awful place. More
