I am retired now, but over the course of my extensive career, I worked in fie service and commitment of everyone in your Vehicle Service Department. I am retired now, but over the course of my extensive career, I worked in field sales positions and ended up managing a billion dollar division of a Fortune 500 Corporation. I think I am qualified to say "how you treat your customers and address their issues is a critical element to the success of any organization. From my experience through interactions with my service representative, Deshaun (not sure of the spelling) to Rebecca, it's always a pleasure to bring my Jeep in for care.
