The service department is unorganized and poorly managed. They called me to tell me my part was received and to schedule the repair. When I got there it took then 20 minutes to figure out what needed to be r They called me to tell me my part was received and to schedule the repair. When I got there it took then 20 minutes to figure out what needed to be repaired and then another 10 minutes to realize the part wasn't in. I rescheduled, again, after the part came in and was told it would take 1 1/2 hours. After 2 hours of waiting, the car still hasn't been touched. I left empty handed again. More
