My Review of Route 44 Toyota:
the sales staff was professional in every sense of the word---from the way they dressed, to their product knowledge. Being a somewhat persistent shopper, I wanted to take two test drives on two different automobiles (I couldn't make up my mind). Despite being late in the day , the staff did not rush me and were attentive.

My Review of Route 44 Toyota:
Their service department is great. The employees are very friendly and efficient. I had been getting my car serviced at a different dealership in the Boston area, and the wait times were always painfully long. It took forever for other dealers to get parts and tires for my vehicle, whereas when I started going to Route 44 the wait was less than half that at the other dealership. They even went out of their way to order me parts I needed and called when they were going to arrive. They really care about their customers, something I had noticed was lacking at other dealerships.

My Review of Route 44 Toyota:
Do NOT shop here. We went to buy a Rav4 during the "Cash for Clunkers" program. The sales guy took down information about our "clunker" before letting us test drive the Rav4. We wanted to buy it, even though the dealer refused to budge on the price (it was the only Rav4 V6 on the lot and they said it was in high demand). We started talking about the different financing options and once we had made a decision and were excited about our purchase, the sales guy told us that we would have to give them a check for the $4500 (clunker rebate) until the dealer received the money from the government, at which point they would pay us back. This is NOT the way the CARS program is supposed to work, and since we were paying full price and the dealer was making a profit, we didn't understand why we had to front the $4500. We told the sales guy this was our one sticking point but they would not budge. After being in the dealership for 3 1/2 hours, we walked. Really disappointing service. I would not go back again.

Alright first and foremost this is my first purchase of a new car and have loved every step of the process, thanks to Chris Casey. We've had a couple of bumps along the way but he has gone above and beyond to satisfy the needs of this customer. I would recommend not only route 44 toyota to anyone in the market for buying a vehicle not only because of the name toyota and the quality of the brand but because of the customer service that goes along with the experience. I'd also like to mention the great experience i've had so far with service. I rate this dealership A+ all the way.

WONDERFUL service. Every step of the process was smooth and wonderful with Jack and Route 44. This is truly the best experience we have EVER had buying a vehicle. I would recommend Route 44 and Jack McCarthy for anyone buying new or used. They were truly honest. There was no haggling. They gave us a very good price for my trade. I would go directly to them in the future. They also have a great selection of used vehicles.

The best offer ever. I couldldnt get out of my trade in. No one wanted my business without a substantial down payment. They worked the numbers and got us into a comfortable payment and car. The sales associate Chris worked with us every step of the way. I would recommend this dealership.

My Review of Route 44 Toyota:
After negotiating a price for a Corolla I was not able to pay for what they were asking and we stayed there for a couple of hours negotiating a price and we asked to leave but they kept harassing trying to get a sale and wouldn't give me my car keys back for the trade they checked out. They let me feel very uncomfortable and nervous even though we let them know my handicapped uncle needed to leave. This was an extremely unethical way of business. I warn you before you go in there especially if you are young.

My Review of Route 44 Toyota:
I had just purchased a new vehicle from Route 44 a week ago. When my mom told me she wanted to buy a new truck for my dad. I told her about the great atmosphere at this place and that unlike other dealers they wouldn't take her for a ride. Needless to say everything was going well until negotiations. They offered us a great price on my trade but while negotiating the base price they decided to "rework" the numbers and make us think that after the trade and money down we were getting a good deal when in reality they where only reducing the value of the price $500.00. My mom has a heart condition she left there so upset she need to calmed down because she was having angina. I was also planning on taking my brother there to purchase a new Camry but now they have forever lost my business and that of my family and friends.

My Review of Route 44 Toyota:
I had been to numerous dealers before stumbling on Route44. Chris was very different from typical sleaze ball dealers. By the end of the day I was driving home in a brand new Rav4 at a price that no other dealer could match! I especially loved that I felt comfortable even though I am a woman and went shopping fo the car solo. I have already recommended Chris to tons of friends.
