2 1/2 hrs with an appointment for an oil change, for me is unacceptable especially when I have to drive 45 mins to get there. I was told 1 1/2 hrs at drop off, which I also found a bit long as I had used a is unacceptable especially when I have to drive 45 mins to get there. I was not given a reason for the lengthy wait time or any kind of communication or acknowledgement for it. I will be looking to find a different place for service. More
