Caring staff -on time-pleasant waiting area! I ask how long it would be for the service and on a whim I set the timer on my phone. Always great service with no contact and seating outside. On time vs estimate of the length of service. Nothing but good things to say about Royal Moore. On time vs estimate of the length of service. Nothing but good things to say about Royal Moore. More
I bought a 2018 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro on Friday. I am an oncology nurse and when I made the appointment to test drive the vehicle I asked if they offered a healthcare worker discount. I was told "we can mak oncology nurse and when I made the appointment to test drive the vehicle I asked if they offered a healthcare worker discount. I was told "we can make that happen". They would not give that to me. I did the full KBB on my trade in before I went and told them what it was worth. I was told that I must have just entered the VIN and year of my car and done it wrong. I had not done that. I did the entire, detailed valuation. They tried to low ball me by almost $4000. There is a crack in the windshield, which I included in my detailed KBB estimate and they tried to tell me it would be "very expensive" to replace. So I told them that if it really affected the trade in value that much I'll leave and get it fixed myself and find somewhere else. So then they came back offering an extra $3000. Multiple times I was told "we're doing you a favor that we don't do for everyone". I'm not an idiot and I know a tired old line/lie when I hear it. I asked if it had a full tank of gas. I've bought many cars over the years at multiple dealerships and have NEVER driven away with less than a full tank of gas. The salesman went to check and came back and said "you've got a half tank, you're fine". Today when I left for work the "critical low tire pressure" light came on. My tires should have 40 psi. They actually had 15, 25, 20 and 27. So they sold me a car without having checked the tire pressure. That was so incredibly dangerous. I was late to work because I had to find a gas station with air. While the sale was being processed I was asked multiple times if I would leave a good review and he was actually expecting me to do it right then, trying to give me the website so I could type it up while I was waiting on paperwork. At one point while I was looking over the paperwork and deciding if the payments would be OK (I'm a single mom and everything is budgeted tightly so it's pretty dang important that I be sure I can afford something, especially a big purchase) I was told to "hurry up and decide what you're going to do because there are other people looking to buy and I could be making some money". They put the wrong mileage on all the paperwork. The car had been driven 100 miles since they'd gotten it and they. didn't update it so everything says they sold it to me with fewer miles than they did. The salesman said he was doing me a favor and saving me $400 by transferring my current plates to my new vehicle. If he would've asked what I wanted to do I would have told him that is exactly what I was planning on anyway. I have custom plates. Obviously I'm transferring those. He didn't save me a dime. If I hadn't been looking for a long time to find the right 4Runner I would have walked out. I'm not happy and I would never buy from them again. I plan on telling all my friends and family to avoid them and posting this review everywhere I can. More
