Lisa is awesome, very professional to work with, and helpful. Nice work and keep going, Lisa! MSRP, with a minimal addition but not too BAD unlike other car dealers, has skyrocketed. No uncharge above MSRP or force add ons, like most dealerships in area and nationwide. Britney was helpful showcasing cars that they did have, though limited in stock of trim levels, I was able to sti dealerships in area and nationwide. Trade in was somewhat fair in price, I hoped they budged $1-200 more, but I did get the tax savings, so it was not worth a walk since they still offered higher than carvana/carmax. More
