Purchase of Buick Encore This was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. We called the Dubuque location regarding a car we saw on the website. The car was actually located at the Platteville location. The Dubuque dealership transferred our call to the Platteville location and we spoke to a sales person there. This was late on a Friday night, but they did not rush us. The Sales person Brian Oswald gave us all the information on the car and actually waked out to the car while talking to us on the phone to check some things for us. He had the car parked in front waiting for us to arrive and test drive it. Brian went over everything about the car, we test drove it and loved it. We agreed to purchase the car that night. We live an 1 hr. 20 min. away and wanted to complete the purchase and pick up the car the next day but were worried we would be able to get back to Platteville until the following week. Brian said no worries, they could deliver the car to our home the next day and finalize the deal then, which they did. They were low pressure, and unbelievably accommodating. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car. More
