So, I will say I was impressed with the fact that they got me approved. I went in to purchase the car after working 3rd(12hour shift) and was completely exhausted, 100% my fault. The car was making a noise possibly brake pads, I let myself believe it was from the car sitting at the dealership for awhile. But it didnt go away so when I call they did look at the car and said they cleaned the break pads and all was good. When I pick the car up it sound the same as it did when i dropped it off. After that I couldnt get a response about the issue. Again, my fault for being tiered I just thought they would stand behind what they sold better. ThenI am shopping around trying to find better insurance only to find out the car was not accident free. I was ready to conduct all of my & my familys future vehicle purchases to Runde, which would have ended a 3rd generation of my family that purchased solely from Barkau. Standing behind what you sell for future business just isnt what it used to be. More
