I have purchased a lot of cars in my life and a lot of Audis and this was by far my best experience!! I love my new car and I would refer anyone to Rusnak Westlake and please go see Julian Avnieli. He was the most transparent car salesperson and just great all around!! 10 out of 10 experience! More

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I’ve purchased many cars in my life, and this was the first time I felt respected as a consumer. The sales man, Devon, was honest and transparent. I I’ve purchased many cars in my life, and this was the first time I felt respected as a consumer. The sales man, Devon, was honest and transparent. I didn’t not get sold hidden fees or unnecessary items. Everyone from the sales manager to the finance manager was kind, respectful, and honest. Communication was as clear and fair. My only suggestion to the dealership is to provide snacks since you can be there for a few hours over the whole process. I will definitely be back for my next car. More
