Overpriced, unable to decrease until I provided quote from another shop. Slow. They are communicative about issues and send videos of what they find. When repairing a tire, the tech damaged my gloss black rim, leaving deep scratches around the entire rim. A video of the service was not provided. It was touched up after I brought it to their attention, but the rim now looks visibly different (like it was touched up with spray paint). If Mazda is going to sell gloss black rims, techs need to know how to remove a tire w/out damaging them. And to not owning up to it before I left the dealership is just wrong. I take care of my car and paid a lot for it - I should be able to trust that the dealership does not damage it. Now, weeks later, I can see where the repairs were made-it's like someone took a spray paint can to it and the finish is not at all the same. It has grit under the paint.. PLEASE train your staff better - to not only do the work without damaging vehicles, but to admit to when a mistake is made-not send the customer away hoping they won't notice. More

2 things: I have white seats and they don’t use seat covers, so I have to ask them to clean my seats and doors. I also have to ask them to wash my car. I was told my car would be ready in about an hour. Dropped off my car at 9:15am. Around 2:00pm I called because I had not heard anything. Told part not available until the next day. I texted around 1:30pm. Did not hear back for over an hour. My car was done at 5:30pm. Bottom line: no one contacted me or let me know what to expect. Very poor communication. More
