I was very disappointed in this appointment. Took two hours for an oil change. I told Shawn that they can do the air filter and cabin filter if needed. Almost two hours in. I already saw my vehicle was pulled out like it was done. Its ridiculous that my vehicle took two hours. I was late getting to work. My next oil change will be done somewhere else. More
