Your guys are friendly, but dealing with you is frustrating sometimes. For example, when we were dropping off our car before we had to go to work, we were behind a couple people in line. The guy checking everybody in seemed overwhelmed, and nobody was there to help him. I saw seven other employees walk by including most of them out in the area where you drop your car off. Not one offered to help check us in or even looked at us or acknowledged we were there. It behooves me that you guys do not cross train people. The guy checking us in was overwhelmed, and we were losing our patience because we were late for work. We have people walking around around joking, laughing, and not one person can help us get checked in or take our keys or start the form. It gets really annoying. I prefer not to go to the dealership, but my wife likes to come there. I prefer to go to the mall and pawn shop on the street where everybody who works there knows how to operate the computer and check somebody in. Another thing why does the guy checking us in have to walk across the room to get something off the printer to walk all the way back to his desk printers are extremely cheap. You can’t tell me that you can’t afford to have one by every workstation. Just the workflow seems unorganized in that respect and I personally don’t wanna come back there, but we might have to if we need something done specifically for the dealer More
