I would never purchase a vehicle from them again. The sales person went back on his word., misled about the availability of used cars in order to push me into a new vehicle. I completed a web of form to get my 2018 Mazda CX-5 service and when I arrived at the dealership, they did not have a record of my reservation. However, the service advisor was kind enough to still get service and when I arrived at the dealership, they did not have a record of my reservation. However, the service advisor was kind enough to still get me in for my tire rotation and oil service in spite of my apparently not having an appointment. Im very grateful for their great service. Service was excellent. One of the vehicle's air vents was dislodged during service, the tire pressure indicator light was not reset, and the leather seats in the front of t One of the vehicle's air vents was dislodged during service, the tire pressure indicator light was not reset, and the leather seats in the front of the vehicle were dirtied slightly. Reached out to a manager to resolve the issues. The manager, Shawn, responded promptly and had my vehicle picked up from work and the issues resolved quickly before returning the vehicle in immaculate condition. Due to a personal matter the morning of the service, I failed to ensure I had adequate fuel in the tank. The technician Emmett took the vehicle anyway and even added some fuel to ensure I could make it to a gas station after work. I was very impressed by the quality of customer service and compassion even though I put him in a tight spot. I will definitely continue to take my vehicle to Russ Darrow due to the high quality customer service and repairs offered. It speaks highly that an organization recognizes even small errors and goes to such great lengths to fix any issue. More
