It started off smooth and 5 stars until things came up missing in my vehicle and I reported and the manager Justin tried to threaten me. What does my middle console have to do with an oil change?!!! While riding the bus on my way to get the hottest outfit from the Kohl's clarence section, I decided to check out a car online. Joshua Washington saw my inquiry and reached out immediately. He understood my plight that I have to be able to beat Ms. Shirley every third Saturday to the store otherwise she'll use her Kohl's cash to grab the best pieces. We set up an appointment quickly. I brought my Grandmother to our meeting and Josh offered us the finest of mountain spring water, assuring it was brought over via three cargos of Application mountain goats. The first car we were shown was a 2014 Mazda. We didn't like it, but thanks to the impeccable service of Josh, he heard my concerns of the seats being uncomfortable for my scoliosis and the tiny sunroof. It didnt help that my third cousin twice removed has the same car and I cannot be seen as a copycat. Josh agreed that if I got the same car as my cousin, I'll be gossip of the family for the next 4.5 family reunions (half because we normally throw a small cousin reunion in California ever other year). He went back to research. Even while waiting, Josh ensured my Grandmother and I were only served the best fruit snacks as he diligently researched a car that would upstage even the ones shown on season 1 of "My Super Sweet 16." My 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage was unveiled to me, and I knew then, she would be the perfect car I can cruise past Bradford Beach in. With a firm handshake, Josh and I sealed the deal. Thanks to having a car again, I was able to take my grandmother for our pre-booked tickets to see little people wrestling. But what really impressed me, was after the sale. A few days later whilst coming back from my yearly day trip to Chicago. I thought I had a problem with my car. Thanks to Josh checking on me even past the day of sale, we were able to get me scheduled to come in ASAP. On the day of my service appointment, I only had 3 strips of bacon and the hospitality shown by Josh left me speechless as he offered me a pack of peanut M&Ms from their vending machine. The service department and Josh are truly lifesavers as they identified the problem fast. I feared I wouldn't be able to make it to my Tuesday night line-dancing classes and I've got to learn the new ones before the summer! Thank you Josh, and the Russ Darrow Mitsubishi team! More
