Unfortunately we’ve had vehicles in serval times and the problems are unresolved. Our radio is still not working and now the speakers are cutting out. Our other vehicle has a very distinctive clunking noise problems are unresolved. Our radio is still not working and now the speakers are cutting out. Our other vehicle has a very distinctive clunking noise that no one at the shop can hear. However, we’ve had multiple passengers tell us we need to get it fixed. Those are the most recent in the last 6 months. We’ve also had an oil change go very wrong that we just let Jiffy Lube fix because it wasn’t worth the effort of arguing and telling us there’s nothing wrong, AGAIN. Very sad, we’ve been buying vehicles from your establishment for the last 32 years. I’m not sure what good it is to have a warranty if no one can ever find what needs to be warranted! We will not return to buy another vehicle, the service center just makes it not worth it. More
