My husband and I were on our way to Gatlinburg, TN from Indiana when my "steering wheel assist reduced" light came on. After searching for the nearest Chevy dealer, we came across Rusty Wallace and the nam Indiana when my "steering wheel assist reduced" light came on. After searching for the nearest Chevy dealer, we came across Rusty Wallace and the name alone speaks for itself! The service department was very friendly, specifically Emily Perry, Jeff Bailes, David (unsure of last name), and salesman Chandler Moore. We would definitely consider traveling 6+ hours to purchase a new vehicle there! More

Have been getting the run around for 2 months on a warranty issue which they supposedly sent to GM but when I called GM they knew nothing about it. GM has contacted the service department and hasn't g warranty issue which they supposedly sent to GM but when I called GM they knew nothing about it. GM has contacted the service department and hasn't gotten a response back either. Will never buy there again More

This dealership has assisted us with excellent service on two different occasions. We are from Canada and were vacationing in Pigeon Forge when we experienced an engine issue.
