My Review of Saab of Greenwich:
I stopped going there because every time I had something done by them another thing "mysteriously" broke down a day or so after I took the car back. Last time, they did a brake job, but when I left one of my tires was flat. - Brand new with less than 5k miles on it. Wrote to the service manager with no response. Go there at your own peril.

My Review of Saab of Greenwich:
Caught them lying about repairs that were not necessary. Told me my exhaust was bent and would not be covered under warranty. Said it would be $1500 to fix. When I said no, they got pushy, and threatened that other things would not be covered under warranty. Turns out the entire problem (clunking noise) was a loose nut holding down the spare tire. Sent letters to owner and service manager, have never replied.
