I had an 'appointment' to replace a fuse at 1:30 p. m. and arrived at 1:15 pm. At 1:50pm, the car had not been moved to the service bay. They took me immediately, replaced the fuse, showed me how to do it the next time, and I was done in less than 15 minutes. Absolutely no excuse for this level of service at the service desk. More
