TEXTBOOK SALES TACTIC, 10/10 12:41pm asks me; "when can you stop by?" and i told him i have no intentions of stopping by, then he texts back at 12:50 saying the cars been sold and after i ask him to explain why he's trying to get me to come in if the cars already been sold? Jeff Gillespie was an absolute dream to work with and I cannot recommend him enough. I bought a 2025 CRV Hybrid in November 2024 from Safford Brown in Glen Burnie. The car was sold with a paint imperfection and when I brought this up I was told to visit the service department. When I visited the service department, Jeff took a look at the paint imperfection and immediately took action to fix the problem. He was quick to submit a claim to Safford Brown and Honda to get the issue fixed. Even with it being the holidays, he worked to get this issue addressed and fixed as quickly as possible. He was quick to respond to my phone calls, answer any and all of my questions/concerns and was very personable. I can easily say this was the best experience I have had in any vehicle service department. I greatly appreciate Jeff and his entire team for making this a painless experience. More
