I dropped off my car at 7 in the morning that's the time I was scheduled for. I told the gentleman that I will finish work at 2pm to come pick up the car if they can take care of the car before 2pm. I came at 2pm, nothing was done to my car, they haven't even started working on it yet, and I was told to wait for 10 minutes that they're going to do it now. Whatever that they said that they'll do within 10 was done in less than 10 minutes. While I drove away, I heard a very loud noise in my car and I saw something sticking out, come to found out that it's the machine that they use to check if something is wrong with the car was still plugged into the car. They were in such a hurry that they forgot the machine there. I doubt that whatever I brought my car in for wasn't even fixed because you guys did not take your time to check the car properly. It was a very waist of my time considering how early i dropped off my car and yet not complete? This is very upsetting. I really had a bad experience at this place. It's not like I walked in! I had an appointment scheduled? People that schedule appointments supposed to be priority no matter how big or small the problem may be! I don't think I will be going back to this place. More

That was the only reason I brought my car here. What he failed to mention was that this price did not include labor. When I came to pick up my car, I was blindsided with a total of $820.97. Even when I questioned the amount, I wasn’t told it was because of a $415 labor charge. Instead, I got a vague explanation that “everything is original.” It felt deceptive and unprofessional, especially because I was there with my three-year-old and didn’t have the time or focus to argue on the spot. Clear communication about costs should never be optional—it’s basic honesty. To make matters worse, I reached out multiple times by email and phone and was told I’d get a call back, but no one ever followed up. Avoid this place at all cost!!! More
