The service desk help, Michelle, was excellent. She was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The facility was beautiful. My disappointment was the service department did not have all my parts on-hand. I setup the appointment over a week ahead of time for two safety recalls. There should have been plenty of time to order and receive all the parts. So now I have to go back and screw up my schedule because you did not have all the parts. Frustrating. More

Vehicle was not delivered when promised and when asked why, I was informed that there were 10 vehicles scheduled at the same time I was as if that was my doing. This was 100% avoidable.
