Been here for warranty work twice. Good experience both times. On both occasions parts needed to be ordered and required 1 or 2 additional visits to fix the issue but you can't expect Good experience both times. I’ve had all my vehicle service needs met at this location since purchase the vehicle in 2020. I was not satisfied with the service provided for my oil change. My needs and requests were handled with location since purchase the vehicle in 2020. I was not satisfied with the service provided for my oil change. My needs and requests were handled with professionalism but they were not satisfied. After my appointment my tires were not inflated, service recommendations were not discussed, and afterwards my service engine light was still on. As a consumer I know I do have certain responsibilities when it comes to vehicle maintenance but I also have a right to chose who I patronize for the upkeep of my vehicle. Unfortunately, I just had a bad service experience. More
