Clarence got up immediately to help. He was super friendly and made sure we were happy. Did the test drive liked the car. Thats all the good I have to say. Sat down to file financing paperwork. 3 hours later still asking for more and more. Did all that was ask and finally had a deal. Got in the finance office with carol and did all the paperwork. Got to the very end of all the paperwork to be told that the bank closed for the night. I think that was a lie. Its now 730 and was told that we have to come back for the finalized sales contract. We signed all the documents. I MEAN ALL. We come back today monday the 14th and was told to sit down. A hour into sitting down no answer to what was going on to why we are still there. My phone goes off and my credit karma account and experian is sending more notices saying my inquiries. Nooone would give me a straight answer. I decide to walk over to the finance area ask whats going on we had a deal saturday. Answer given was the numbers are not making since. This is now 2 hours on monday. John the sales manager was no help. Lack of transparency. And shady business. WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. WILL MESS YOUR CREDIT UP. More

He asked me whether I needed to pay for them or if he had to take them out and leave my car without them. I also showed Ray the proof of email that I only need to get maintenance done. I ended up paying for additional services that were not necessary. Don't go there. More
