One of best service experiences i have had. Gwen was great, very communicative and giving the facts of what had been done and next steps to resolve issues. Gwen was great, very communicative and giving the facts of what had been done and next steps to resolve issues. More

Everything is good—until it’s not. I’ve been coming to this dealership for the last 3 years for oil changes, tire rotations, warranty work, and recalls. Until recently, my exper I’ve been coming to this dealership for the last 3 years for oil changes, tire rotations, warranty work, and recalls. Until recently, my experiences were decent overall. Most of the service managers were good; a few, not so much. However, my last visit (and I mean last) raised serious concerns about the quality and oversight of their service technicians. I regularly get my oil changed and tires rotated as part of the “Jeep Cares” perk. Near the end of my warranty, I did a detailed check to make sure I wasn’t missing any items that should be covered. My shocks were busted and leaking, which they did replace under warranty. After the repair, I drove home and immediately noticed my alignment was way off — unsafe and very obvious. According to the service notes, the tech drove my Jeep for 5 miles after replacing the shocks. Yet, no one mentioned or offered an alignment, which any competent mechanic would know is necessary after suspension work. Instead, I was offered an unnecessary radiator and throttle body flush — expensive and not needed for a low-mileage vehicle. When I inspected further, I found serious irregular tire wear — feathering and cupping — with only 23k miles on the vehicle. That kind of wear doesn’t happen overnight. If the techs had actually rotated my tires when I asked (and documented), the wear wouldn’t be this aggressive. I even used to request that my spare be rotated in — it never was. At this point, I have real doubts about whether the tire rotations were ever performed, or even if the oil was truly changed. Resetting an oil light is easy, and customers have no way of knowing for sure. Before bringing the Jeep back, I contacted Jeep Care. They told me the alignment (and possibly tires) could be covered under warranty. I even drafted a letter for the service manager with that reference, but they didn’t honor it — or even bother to speak with me directly. I won’t be returning to this location unless absolutely required. Whether it’s overlooking warranty issues that don’t make the dealership money, or simply poor attention to detail and safety, the result is the same — unacceptable. Hopefully, others double-check their work and avoid learning the hard way, (preventable and expensive)as I did. I need new tires now and another alignment. More
