We, {my daughter, two grandchildren and myself), purchased a vehicle in August 2025, with the extraordinary help from Ms. Keila Maria and Mr. Ben Hy We, {my daughter, two grandchildren and myself), purchased a vehicle in August 2025, with the extraordinary help from Ms. Keila Maria and Mr. Ben Hyde. We were there for almost three hours. They were kind, patient and diligent. I have worked my share of customer service jobs and was 900 percent impressed with this team. They never appeared to be annoyed with the children or because it was taking what seemed like forever. They never gave us the feeling we were wasting their time! We felt we had their undivided attention and they were straight up honest with the details of the sale and the condition of the vehicle. This alone was the major point that helped us to stay at Safford and continue to find a deal without disrupting our budget and they absolutely did just that! They were genuinely concerned with our satisfaction. Will definitely be a return customer!!! More

We had a few issues on our Wagoneer that ended up being all unrelated but it required us to make multiple visits over the span of a week or so. Amy was our point of contact during the entire time. She continuously kept us up to speed on the progress of the work being performed and was very pleasant to work with through a stressful few days.
