Overpriced I was charged $355 for an oil change that cost $160 three months earlier. I wish I would have been told prior to doing it that the price for synthetic I was charged $355 for an oil change that cost $160 three months earlier. I wish I would have been told prior to doing it that the price for synthetic oil had more than doubled which ultimately raised the overall price of this service. My wife and I checked the price of the same type of oil if we bought it ourselves and it was about 1/3 less so needless to say we will never go back to any Dodge dealer for an oil change and are now considering selling our Dodge Ram EcoDisiel truck. Excellent repairs, clean up/status updates could be better Tara was very helpful and even stayed late during my pick up after my car was repaired. The only item of issue was there were several dirt clumps on my back seat floor board on top of some items I had on the floor and a rusty hinge type clasp on the back seat. The rest of the interior had been cleaned well. I also had to call twice in order to get updates on when the car would be ready. I travel frequently and it would have been nice to have them call me to keep me updated. The repairs were great! More
