Came in for covered service work. I denied additional services at drop off. Pick up went fine. Now, relentless texts and calls to 'follow-up' about an oil change is just too much. Surveys are optional. Being hounded to give one will not be favorable. Meanwhile, mail today says there's a recall to be coordinated about seatbelts. Not a peep from the dealership on that topic. Lastly, fix the floor of your service entrance already. It's embarrassing to even enter the space. If you can even maintain your shop, why would I trust the work? More
