Business Name: Stafford Brown Toyota Date of Service: 02/03/2026 – 02/05/2026 I am filing this complaint regarding extremely poor and concerning service I received from Stafford Brown Toyota’s service d 02/03/2026 – 02/05/2026 I am filing this complaint regarding extremely poor and concerning service I received from Stafford Brown Toyota’s service department. On 02/03/2026 around noon, I brought my vehicle in because I believed the transmission was not functioning properly. Later that evening, I was told the transmission was “operating normally.” I rode with a service technician and clearly explained the issue I was experiencing. At that time, I was informed that no damage was found, no issues were identified, and there were no problems with how the car drove. They asked to keep the vehicle overnight so another technician could inspect it. On 02/04/2026, I was contacted by the service advisor and told they needed the car for an additional day to reset the transmission. On 02/05/2026, I received a call stating that my vehicle now had a bent rim, body damage, suspension issues, and that the stabilizer bar bushings were split and had been replaced. None of these issues existed or were disclosed during the initial inspection. Additionally, approximately 20 miles had been added to my vehicle, which cannot reasonably be explained by a short diagnostic test drive. It is clear to me that my vehicle was damaged while in their possession, and I strongly believe there was an attempt to cover it up by attributing the damage to preexisting conditions that were never mentioned prior. Since picking up my vehicle, it now shakes at speeds over 50 mph, makes noises when going over bumps, and is unsafe to drive. I am currently awaiting a response from Toyota regarding this matter. I am also preparing to report this incident to the Attorney General’s Office and will pursue further legal action if necessary. This experience has been unacceptable, unsafe, and deeply troubling. I would strongly caution others against trusting this service department with their vehicle. More

We came in very close to closing time, and without hesitation, they stayed late to make sure everything was completed so we could drive off the same day. No one rushed us, and everyone remained helpful, polite, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. This dealership consistently makes you feel valued and cared for, and that’s why we continue to come back. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, supportive, and truly customer-focused car-buying experience. More
