Bought a new Pilot and love the car. The time spent for the buying process was terrible. We arrived at the lot around 10:30 and wasn’t even approached by a salesman. I had looked at the Pilot a few days before and was ready to buy. At 11:15 finally went inside to try and find a salesman. At 1:30 pm we begged to leave and got to lunch and be able to discuss in private about the payments. The salesman kept putting us off and trying to work out a deal. At 2:15 I mentioned that we had to go eat and finally he said okay. Let us drive the new car to eat because they want you back. I was going to buy the car but the process and time was ridiculous. Upon returning they were supposed to have paperwork complete and clean the car. They did was the outside of the car but didn’t clean the inside. Footprints all over back floor mats. At 5:30 pm we were finally on our way home with the new car. This is my 4th Honda from the Gadsden store. But the service this time may make me rethink location of buying. More
