Let me review the sales and the customer service separately. The salesperson, Katie Houston, has been the only bright spot on an otherwise nightmare transaction. She was very helpful and did not keep me waiting longer than was necessary. Now for the nightmare...I requested to get my plates done in Oregon as I am a military member and it's my home of record. (This is a TX dealer.) I brought all the necessary forms. Weeks pass by and nothing happens. Come to find out, they waited more than a month to send the paperwork to the Oregon DMV, which I know because the DMV sent me a copy of the UPS label with the tracking number when they sent the entire packet back to me because it was incomplete. Calling the dealership to get this fixed has been horrendous as well. I have been put on hold for 40 minutes just to be blown off with their finance department. Other times they will tell me that they will call me back, which never happens. I like the truck that I bought...I would never ever go back to the dealership. As a whole, they have proven to be very untrustworthy. I really hoped for a good experience....but I certainly have not gotten it here. More

Garry is honest and professional. I just bought a vehicle on the COSTCO Auto Program. I went to a Ford, Chevorlet, Toyota and Dodge dealership. My wife and I had been searching for a new vehicle to replace my Chevy Camaro for months now; we had been to Red McCombs West, IPAC Dodge, Ancira Dodge, and World Car Nissan (Never again). All of them never gave us the chance, the worst being World Car Nissan! Now with this being said, we finally bought a vehicle that was good for my needs, our salesperson, William Dunn...what a crack up this kid is! he made our looking for a vehicle fun and after having a better offer from Ancira Dodge, my wife and I decided to go back to SADCJR because of William Dunn, he's a new kid that know his muscle cars and his sense of humor had us laughing!
