Gary was awesome! He explained things very clearly & went the extra mile to get us approved for the amount needed to get the vehicle we wanted. For the past three months of searching for a jeep to buy and having to deal with "typical" used car salesmen, it felt good to meet Phillip Duran, a friendly, non-aggresive and calm customer service professi and having to deal with "typical" used car salesmen, it felt good to meet Phillip Duran, a friendly, non-aggresive and calm customer service professional who appeared to understand our financial limitations yet noted our desperation and determination to walk away with the vehicle of our choice. Unlike other car salesmen we dealth with in the past, Phillip was different. He was "one of us." From a customer's perspective and with all due respect to all used car salesmen, used car salemen are wolves in shirt and ties while customers are grazing sheep. Phillip was a sheep in wolves clothing who appeared to be looking out for the customer and who guided us, the sheep, thru the pasture of dreaded and cunning used car lots and thier wolf type salesmen. The overall experience was unklike no other. Phillip made it very convenient for us. He began by sending us picture e-mails of vehicles he believed fit our budget, we met, saw, negotiated then we bought. Fast and easy like a triple play in baseball, from third to second to first, wham bam. As for the price, we cant always get what we want but in this case I believe we came pretty close thanks to both Phillip and manager Ryan Sandvig who was also not pushy, non-aggresive and explained in detail each part of the negotiation, from the value of my trade-in down to the penny of what my monthly payment on the new but used car would be. Ryan is on top of his game. One more thing. Do you guys know you have the splitting image of Bruce Willis working for you in Len Dowling? To put this in the words of my wife, "Can you imaging having this guy work the sales floor when lady customers walk in? They probably wouldn't be able to keep new vehicle's in stock fast enough." Nonetheless, Len was awesome to work with as well. Down to earth, appears happy most if not all of the time, loves his job, knows his job very well and very much people oriented. The group of these three men somehow fit together very well together just like the three players in the triple play. From the Phillip to Ryan then to Bruce Willis. Fast, easy and out. They know thier game and do it very well. I never thought I would say this after buying a used car but thanks again guys for the wonderful and friendly experience. I actually had fun. We couldn't be happier with the purchase made for our daughter. You guys are all winners in our book. More
