We traveled over an hour to look for a vehicle in San Antonio. We had a terrible experience at another Dodge Dealership. Luckily we stopped by San Antonio Dodge. The Dealership was closed but Howard was Antonio. We had a terrible experience at another Dodge Dealership. Luckily we stopped by San Antonio Dodge. The Dealership was closed but Howard was there. He told us to look around and to come back the next day. Howard assured us we would have a wonderful experience whether or not we purchased a vehicle from them. He was CORRECT! Roger was a wonderful salesman. Extremely informative, patient, attentive and so very nice to work with. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect! We loved him!!! In addition, everyone we came in contact with at the dealership was very friendly and polite...unlike our horrible experience at North Star Dodge. Not only did we purchase a beautiful 2013 Journey Crew, we recommended Roger Galan to my parents and they purchased a 2013 Dodge 300 within 2 weeks after we purchased our vehicle.
