Traded in a vehicle on new and price told wasn't given and finance didn't talk any figures on contract and got me on a warranty I didn't approve. And to top it off...I never received any contract of my trade/ pricing or the warranty they put on my loan...no paperwork at all...if you purchase from there do not have finance woman do your financing...total scam to make her money...so disgusted with this dealership....and this isn't what I really want to say...im keeping it pleasant but truthful. The main complaint is with your service department not being staffed and very far behind. No one answers the phone in the service department. Ever. I even had them paged once and still no one came. I tried “chatting” only to receive messages back stating I was wanting to set up a service appointment. I was trying to get status on my pickup that was in the service department for a week. First they couldn’t drive me 20 miles to my house. And couldn’t offer a temporary auto. I bought my truck in San Marcos and I will recommend buying but your service department needs not only employees but reorganization. I witnessed several issues. Too many to write here. More

Did not match the internet pricing after not getting approved the 2.99 they said I would get the priced that's displayed .
