Good morning. I always have problems at this dealership. My car takes many days for simple repairs. The work done by the supervisor who takes care of me is good, his name is Tony. And the man who gives me Rain is also very good. The rest is disastrous. More
What a warm welcome I had to a new city AND a new dealership! This was my first time using this dealership, as me and my husband are new to San Marcos. I was very happy with the service from “drop dealership! This was my first time using this dealership, as me and my husband are new to San Marcos. I was very happy with the service from “drop off” to “pick up”! Very professional and approachable Advisors! I loved getting the courtesy car wash and quick vacuum too!!! Rotated tires on Monday 6/26. When I got home I was missing a hubcap. 24k miles, two trips to California and back, no problem. Rotate my tires and a hub cap falls off. Call service and they say they'll have the service tech call me. Nope! Then they call me on Friday 6/30 and leave a message about my customer satisfaction. I call the number several times. No answer. I was prepared to suck it up and replace it myself, and all that call did was tick me off all over again. It's reached the point where I really hate to hire anyone, to do anything, because somehow, in some way, they just can't get it right. The service was fast. I'll give you that. Now I need to see what they go for through the dealer. If the mark up is 200 percent (probably), I'll order one myself online. Thanks More

When I pulled up for an oil change I had to ask a service guy where do I go for service as someone usually comes out and greets me. He then said “you do know this is the dodge dealership right” of course I k guy where do I go for service as someone usually comes out and greets me. He then said “you do know this is the dodge dealership right” of course I know that this is where I got my car from. I’ve had a couple issues with the service department being condescending. Also didn’t explain to me the negative marks on my inspection report even tho I asked him, he simply replied “I don’t know they didn’t tell me about it” More
