Sanderson Ford still carries forward the same qualities as thirty years ago when I purchased my first truck. Dallas is the only salesman I have worked with for the last several vehicles. I chose Sanderson Ford Surprise AZ I explained my problem & without even looking at my car or confirming I was correctly trying to connect my car play I was simply told “ for electrical issue it was be up to a 48 hr service appointment “ . No looking at my vehicle, no confirming it is an electrical issue, no asking me any questions of what it is doing JUST A SIMPLE DISMISSAL!!! Very unhelpful & think twice before using this dealer More
I had heard Sanderson Ford had a reputation of taking care of their customers. My experience there completely confirmed this. After having a horrible experience at another local Ford dealership, I ca care of their customers. My experience there completely confirmed this. After having a horrible experience at another local Ford dealership, I called Sanderson to do some warranty work. I scheduled an appointment for the following Monday and on the Friday before, I was contacted by their service advisor, Mike Perreault. Mike said he always reviews the appointments that he has on the coming business day and, when he looked at my vehicle’s file, he noticed the factory warranty expired that day. Because of that, my vehicle would no longer be under warranty when I brought it in on Monday. He said that he would be willing to take my vehicle in that afternoon and when I told him that I wouldn’t be able to drop it off until shortly after they closed, he said he would wait for me. I brought my vehicle in and he was incredibly kind and easy to work with. I pointed out one warranty issue that the previous dealership would not address, saying it was normal for wheel well covers to pull in towards the tire. Mike said that was not correct and the problem would get addressed. Mike contacted me the following business day and told me my vehicle was ready for pick up. I was shocked that they got the work done so quickly. I can’t recommend Sanderson Ford enough and thank you Mike for your outstanding customer service. More
