I chose Sanderson Ford Surprise AZ I explained my problem & without even looking at my car or confirming I was correctly trying to connect my car play I was simply told “ for electrical issue it was be up to a 48 hr service appointment “ . No looking at my vehicle, no confirming it is an electrical issue, no asking me any questions of what it is doing JUST A SIMPLE DISMISSAL!!!
