He went above and beyond to ensure that everthing that was promised during the purchase process got done. I bought a really nice Tundra Platinum! Great dealership they worked with me to make sure I got a deal I was confortable with. Pezh the Executive GM sat and visited with me and we had a great converstaion even though he was extremely busy . I had questions a couple of days later which were promptly answered by Jesse. Greg was a great salesman and made it easy. I love my F-150. The one downside was the finance guy (I used a trade in and covered the remaining balance with cash), who mislead us about the included warranty coverage. No harm done ultimately because the upsell based on the misinformation is refundable, but frustrating, created extra work, and was the one bad mark on an otherwise great experience.
