Got excellent service from the service crew. Nick Kim was great and informative. I wanted to keep with one service center and this is it. I will be back. After being released from the hospital, I found a flat tire. Sandy BMW took me in right away, found my exact tire, BMW towed my car, and I was on my way home for a much needed hot shower. I took my car to sandy sansing service department and was ptomised they would tell me the part i needed to change to correct the problem. They took my money ,(,248$) but did not do as promised but asked for ptomised they would tell me the part i needed to change to correct the problem. They took my money ,(,248$) but did not do as promised but asked for more money to do more evaluation. I complained to the BBB, but they would not refund. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR SERVICE. More
