When dropping off my vehicle for a service appointment, they had no record of my needed repair even though I had pre-paid for the parts. Out of nowhere, the service manager swore at me and told me I could take the part I had pre-paid for and go somewhere else for service. Who disrespects a 10-year customer like this? Sandy Sansing BMW does! When I called Sandy Sansing corporate headquarters, they did not see the service manager cussing at a customer as an issue. More
