I bought a NEW Jeep Wrangler and within 1 year, some of the trim on the seat was unravelling. I took it to the dealership and they submitted a digital warranty claim to Crysler and it was denied and the de the trim on the seat was unravelling. NEVER will I EVER purchase from this dealer. Last I checked a 36 month/36,000 mile BUMPEER -TO-BUMPER warranty meant anything that wasn't right was made right. Not this place. More

Each quoted price was 25%-35% less. I expect to pay 10% more at the dealership and I’m fine with that but not 25% plus. Silly me for not doing my due diligence beforehand and that’s on me. Won’t make that mistake again. I’ve less than 40k miles on this 2021 Ram and am thinking about a trade since the mileage is low for a five year vehicle but it won’t be with you guys. More
I drove down from Indiana for vacatiin not realizing I was already over on my oil change. I was able to bring it and they took care of it in just a few minutes. Easy in, easy out. Matt was the service agent that got our 2019 Dodge caravan in and repaired with motor mounts and did a good job in getting it as quick as he could.
