My wife and I was very please with the attention, help and service we received from Service Advisor Mr. Ryan Dismang. Sales was a great experience. Our service on our Silverado recall - not so much! From calling us to set up the appointment- one hour from our home - and arriving to be told, “oh, Our service on our Silverado recall - not so much! From calling us to set up the appointment- one hour from our home - and arriving to be told, “oh, we can do the inspection but don’t have the new oil cap in.” Then we were told it would take 2-3 hours. We drove a separate car to be able to wait out the time by running errands and having breakfast. Dropped off the truck at 10:30 am. At 2 pm, after wasting the entire afternoon, we were told it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. We drove back the next day (one silver lining they were able to get the cap). Service agent handed us the paperwork and said everything was complete, no engine issue. He explained NOTHING else. My husband has since done more research on his own, to discover GM has continued to have issues with Silverado engines and there is a need to “dive deeper.” Also, because of the recall, we are to receive an extended warranty of 10 years and 150,000 miles. All would have been nice to know. Horrible communication from Sansing service. More

Ryan and Chris out of the service department is awesome. I was having some issues with my Tahoe on 10/10/25 and they went way and beyond to help me and they were very responsive and patient. I brought my 2015 Sonic in to the Service Department because it would not start and had a light on the dashboard I had not seen before. They were super nice and took my car back right away. Christopher because it would not start and had a light on the dashboard I had not seen before. They were super nice and took my car back right away. Christopher kept me informed of what was going on with my car and where it was in the process. It wasn’t long before they had my car fixed and I was on my way!
